In reports section, job statistics report is generated including historic data. Would be extremely helpful, If there is an option to customise and generate using REAL TIME DATA only, or including historic... etc

In order to know which type of jobs are closed quicker and which take long, it would be useful to have a report listing all the jobs, their opening time, their closing time, the title of the job and the customer.

We need the ability to assign multiple users to placements for tracking purposes. In addition - having the ability to label Sales Rep, Recruiter, Researcher, etc would be ideal. As it stands there is absolutely zero way to have accurate metrics on any placements that has credit to more than 1 person. This is a fundamental metric and needs to be implemented asap.

There should be an option to post jobs on free job boards, not just the promoted ones and there should be clear indications as to which job boards the ads are being posted to.

Right now the fields that populate cannot be changed. I would like to be able to customize what shows and add additional fields, like start date to this view.

When using the candidates modal to assign candidates to a job, its often a waste of time because there is no way to identify candidates who have already been assigned, visited and ignored. As it is for Google search results, it would be quite helpful to see which candidates URL have been clicked or not.

No more missing out Job description details pointers or endless copy and paste.

It would be helpful to have a scorecard/assessment option added for each job where you can rank each candidate based on a 5 star system in regards to where their experience falls in a number of editable categories/skills (ie: Leadership, Operational Expertise etc.).
