Search field : Is it possible to go back to a search once I clicked on a link, to the same research ? To date, when I search for something, it seems like a "quick search", and once I clicked on one of the results, the search disappears, and I can't click "go back" to have it again. I'm obligated to re-type the search again. Very painful and time consuming. Especially, when you're looking for a job for a candidate, and the search has multiple results - I can't even open each result in a new tab with my "cmd" button (on Mac).
