Search for candidates in a specific company
When in the candidates list we are unable to search for a company name for example 'Iron Mountain' where we have 2 candidates. This feature is necessary for when we are looking to headhunt candidates from specific companies for a job / client assignment.

Ability to search the keywords from JD text on the jobs page search bar
When searching for jobs, it only seems to search the job title and the location, need a way of letting candidates search for keywords or skills that are in the job description section

Searches
Set up a Search and switch from a selected field back to "no selection". For example first I want all candidates shown who have a resume and in a second search I want all Candidates shown who have a resume and also who dont. So as if I didn't select "Yes" or "No" in the resume field in the first place.
