Currently users can sort candidates alphabetically or numerically, it would be useful to also sort by job title and company name on the main candidate page.

At present I can not sort candidates by their current company. There are only a handful of column's that are sortable.

Being able to sort candidate columns alphabetically or numerically can make screening considerably more efficient. Currently one can sort by Candidate Name, Email, Phone, and Relevant Experience. Sorting by Job Title, Company, and Salary will allow us to minimize risk of missing candidates by doing broader/less granular Advanced Searches. When reviewing results we can skip over chunks of irrelevant Job Titles, Companies, Salary Ranges, etc. (as one concrete example, sometimes it is difficult to think of every variation of a Job Title to include or exclude when putting together your search. When searching for someone in sales, having the sort functionality will allow you to easily identify and skip over all Accountants or Sales Engineers at once when screening your results -- and will allow you to easily spot and focus on the more relevant titles like Account Managers, Sales Representatives, etc. It is true that one can try to input all relevant job titles when doing their Advanced Search but every company is different and it is often hard to come up with every job title variation and spelling that might exist in the database.)
