If a candidate's LinkedIn profile or URL is attached, any changes they make to their job or profile information will automatically be updated and sent directly to the consultant who uploaded their information.

In some countries Data Protection regulators require separate candidate consent for using social media data ( linke LinkedIn), so while the idea is ok it cannot be automatic by default.
