Automatically activate the profile update link whenever a new candidate is added to the system

Under the existing system configuration, users are required to manually activate the "Request Updated Profile" link for candidates by clicking on a button. This link is then shared with the candidates, prompting them to update their information in Recruit CRM.
The proposed feature enhancement seeks to streamline this process by automatically activating this link each time a new candidate is added into the system.

I like to automation part here. However, we would welcome it on different candidate stages. Not right at the "added stage".
