Calculate Time-to-Present and Time-to-Hire
Anja Becirspahic
This feature would make it possible to see how long it takes to present a candidate to a client or hire a candidate.
Formula: Elapsed time between [Job Opening creation date] and [date the candidate had his/her stage updated to Submitted/Hired...]
Let users choose which phases would be used to calculate so it stays customizable

Kanchan Singh: time to present meaning project opened on 8/4, its 8/13. It says project open for 9 days? Could it also be project deadline on 8/13 and current date is 8/4 and it says project deadline in 9 days?

Grant Gittins: Hi Grant,
As per my understanding- "time to present" means the time taken to present/pitch the candidate(s) to the client for any opening.
The use case you mentioned above seems to be a Job lifecycle kind of report. Thoughts, please?
If needed, we can get on a call to discuss it.
Thanks,

In addition - the ability to customize the date in which the search started is crucial. For ex: if the job is created a week before the search actually begins, we need to be able to edit that

This is really needed in company reporting as well - ability to see how we are doing as a team in overall time to hire and then individual actuals against targets.
