We use a frontsheet that we put above the cv. The information on this frontsheet is different per candidate. Ideally I would be able to make a cover letter template with a blank version of this frontsheet which can be filled in by the recruiter with the specific information on the candidate in combination whith the job we want to introduce him for. This formatted cv should also be usable when we want to introduce kandidates to client portals (so not via recruit CRM)
