This feature will let you customize the Dashboard. You'll be able to choose which information you want to see and change its placement on the screen.
It will also have your hiring pipeline on the dashboard, where you can quickly see the candidates in the pipeline at a glance.

How does it look when you have 20 or 30 open jobs? Would be nice if users can set the amount of jobs shown or sth.

The flow chart is brill. I would equally like to see billings Vs targets on a monthly graph.
