CV Formatting v2.0
under review
Kanchan Singh
CV formatting v1.0 consists of:
- Capability to add header/footer in existing CV
- Apply Redaction
- Add a generic cover letter (specific to the company)
- Add watermarks
- Supporting relevant placeholders(Candidate and Job)
But in v2.0, we do have scope to polish these existing features and enhance formatted CVs with a better user experience by adding (a) flexibility to customise any component, and (b) making the formatted CV more structured.
Please vote on this feature so that we can prioritise and implement it.
Update: Resume with drawing components is not rendering well in the formatted version. Need to address this as well in 2.0

The most efficient way of editing a CV would be through a PDF Editor like Canva offers. It would allow you to edit specific text, remove specific elements like pictures, and keep the formatting in one piece. In my opinion, there is not much point in renovating a CV Formatter that will inevitbly be made into PDF Editor in the future. I think this feature would be a huge offering from you guys.

On the Formatted CV there must be an option to a select and paste a summary of chosen fields from the Candidates profile AND attach an Excel of the chosen fields from Candidate profile to Email along with the formatted CV

It would be efficient to have a Cover letter that extract information already added in the system to a table + a header (Format Complete) adding a nice looking page to a CV is better than having a header in the same CV (sometimes it messes it up).
