Make Note box bigger or expandable

Can the notes section/right bar be expandable and collapsible so we can see our notes much easily instead of scrolling? Especially when there are a lot of notes, or a long note :)

The amount of space for all notes on Candidates, jobs, Companies and contacts is wrong. The interesting information is the content of the notes and most of that is hidden but there is a HUGE amount of space used for who posted the note and when. I would reduce the font, reduce the who posted it to an icon of an initial, and associations as small icons. But I want to see more notes and more of the notes and less of the other stuff
