Mark candidates as unavailable when placed into a role

A live availability status. So that when placed into a role the candidate status should change to ‘unavailable’. That way they won’t be returned in an advanced search, and therefore won’t be contacted about future roles. Similarly when they finish a contract role and are checked out of the role then they should become ‘available’ again.

It would also be helpful if any 'out of bound candidates' such as those placed in roles or who have recently accepted positions are highlighted in red, so it's obvious if you stumble across their profile, not to contact them.

we should still be able to find a candidate. It may be an old contact that we want to reach out to as part of a campaign to see if they are considering a job change.
The important thing is to be able to automatically "remove" the candidate from all hiring pipelines (e.g., convert them to a specialized stage).
