Option To Send Emails To Outlook/Google Calendar
Shoanak Mallapurkar
When a user creates a new meeting they should have a checkbox to send the "email ID" of the attendees to Outlook or not so that they can prevent Outlook or Google Calendar from sending automatic emails to candidates/contacts.

This is a great suggestion. More importantly, this functionality should extend over to interviews scheduled. Sometimes the invites are sent out by client side instead.

YES - this really needs to be changed and you should be able to choose if you put it into peoples calendars

Yes, this needs to be updated so we have the option not to send the calendar meeting to candidates. When scheduling our Recruiting Managers and Hiring Managers, we need the ability to include notes that we don't want candidates to see; so for us to be able to use the calendar/meeting function, we need to have this function available to us.
It would also be great to have the ability to attach documents to the meeting note such as a resume or interview notes so that managers don't need to go into RCRM but have this at their fingertips when opening up their calendar.
Thanks for looking into this.

Lindsay Perrell: I really agree here, this would be super helpful to be able to separate between sending calendars to clients & candidates, yet they are automated in a sense, so I can have an interview template with notes specifically for our client & attached resume.
And a specific template for a candidate that asks them to do certain things/prep certain things/be early, etc.
Yet both have the same call in information & allow to attach documents.

Yes, we would love to have the option of whether or not the meeting is added to the candidate/contact calendar.
Also, having the ability to attach files (such as a candidate resume) to the calendar entry would be helpful and save an extra step of going back to the calendar and adding it manually.

YES - this is huge. Sometimes the linkedin importer tool will bring in the email by default. If we forget to delete that box, it shouldn't be allowed to send emails there by default if we want to set up a multi-person followup initial call which we'll need a meeting invite internally set up for, NOT including the candidate email by default. This is the same for all the features for interviews too. We don't want anyone getting anything if they're not explicitly typed into the address fields.
