Personalization / placeholders are currently not part of the function for Cover Letters.

This means that the cover letters are essentially useless as we can't put candidate's personal information (Name, Company, Role, etc.) on it.

A typical, industry standard cover letter has information from your key candidate fields.

Please implement placeholders for Cover Letter function.
