  1. Aside having an option to make Candidates (pre-screen) questions mandatory, it would be good to have an option to choose whether it will be an open questions, multiple choices, numbers or a dropdown list.
Sometimes we want candidates to have a specified answers (i.e. list of technologies they are using) so we can filter these easier.
  1. Option to export (i.e. xls file) reports for candidates questions OR add a search filter.
  2. Disable option to edit candidates answers. Leaves a room for a misuse.
  3. Option to reorder questions in the admin settings.
