Quick function to indicate you've taken an action such as Sent BD Email or Sent Follow Up Email & Ability to report on quantity of actions taken per account

Currently we are adding a note on each candidate page titled "Sent BD email" and "Sent follow up BD email" (among other actions) every time the action is taken, so that we can track and pull reports. It would be useful to have a separate list of customizeable actions taken with details so that we can show and report on each one - without clogging up our notes.
