Include a link in an email where candidates can Unsubscribe from such emails, and when the bulk email action is taking place, those candidates will not be added in the To section.

The unsubscribe option should be available for candidates and contacts in all email communication. But also as a user should you be able to opt out contacts and candidates.

The unsubscribe process under GDPR needs to be clear and simple. You should include the visible unsubscription link in each marketing email where your subscriber can: Unsubscribe to this marketing communication. Unsubscribe to all of your communications.
