I was extremely disappointed this afternoon when we were shown the Header and branded CV's - it is very poorly formatted and looks like a 5 year old has done it. This was a main reason for taking on Recruit CRM as this was sold to us in the very 1st call!

Kanchan Singh: Thank you, I am now wondering half way through all the CV parsing if it even worth it! As cant format them and brand them properly, so why parse them? We would need to brand and format and then save on CRM, but this was sold as it did this already, but wasn't shown a detailed picture of what it looked like, not good, sorry

The way we prioritise features to implement is based on the number of votes. So I'll be waiting on at least 40 votes on it(but not like others to be the top voted ones)as we understand the cruciality of this feature.
I'll be able to share the exact timeline with you, post we prioritise it.

We like our admin to format and upload the CVs but then the consultant to go back in and write an executive summary about the candidate, so this is a must for us to work collaboratively :)
