It would be great if deals were automatically created when a job order is opened. Deals should also sync to our interview process steps so that we can move deals across the stages as candidates progress in interviews. If we can add estimated fee to job orders when we open them, it could also add this to the deal and create a pipeline of what we expect to bill.

A shortcut to a candidates LinkedIn profile from Kanban View, allowing you to quickly send a connection request or InMail.

Would be nice to create a trigger that send an e-mail after x days after an event (another mail, a change in status etc.)

Currently users can sort candidates alphabetically or numerically, it would be useful to also sort by job title and company name on the main candidate page.

It would help if we can have a Kanban with the jobs when they are on their differente Stages: Open, on hond, closed, etc.

Would HIGHLY recommend all firms have the option to download a standard Executive Search status report that pulls in all active candidates with pictures and summaries, which can be shared with clients. Example attached.

Currently the duplicate check with companies seems to rely on the contact - which means that if I add a company from the profiles of 2 of their employees, it will not create 1 company with 2 contacts. It will create 2 companies. If the extension parsed the linkedin url of each company, the extension would notify us that the company exists in Recruit CRM and we would choose to add the person we want to contact as a Contact, not Company.

To be able to track the years of experience of each candidate from their current company. At the moment, RCRM only shows us all the "Total years" from their various jobs (past experiences).
