If you add a note to a company, candidate or contact it would be great if you have a checkbox to add a follow up immediatly

When we schedule an appointment it would be great if we could schedule a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom meeting right from the RecruitCRM calendar.

When creating a note in the candidate screen and adding a follow up task, the task is not synced to Google Calendar

Just had a thought about linkedin integration, are there any plans to be able to update messages or inMails and show them in messages in RCRM in any future plans, also maybe a button to confirm degree of connection, ie note a first / second etc

API - extension of possibilities to update Summary and Notes fields. RecruitCRM currently allows integration with ChatGPT via Zapier, however, the options for sending back the content generated by ChatGPT to RecruitCRM are very limited. For example, ChatGPT generates much better candidate summaries than those available by default, but there is no possibility of entering this content into the Summary or Notes field. Please extend the possibilities of overwriting these fields through the API (overwrite for Summary and adding new info for Notes).

At the moment Recruit CRM does not have a direct apply function with Indeed .. candidates are taken from Indeed to our jobs page to apply. The data shows about a 70% fall off rate of candidates applying if they leave Indeeds site. We are asking that you work with Indeed to have the jobs be a direct apply with Indeed and it will feed into CRM

Please can you create a function so we can organise our candidates and clients under an org chart rather than just list them. ideally we are able to drag and paste to a graph like a family tree and put everyone onto them under each company. Thanks

I would wish to import education and employment history to recruitCRM using the API

It would be great to have an extension in Outlook that identifies the email address from the inbox and allows you to open the candidate or contacts profile page on Recruit CRM without having to copy the name and paste in a search to open it.

It would be great if we have an option to tag the teammate who attend client/ candidate meeting with us when we key in meeting KPI in RCRM. So it doesnt require each party to key in meeting note
