CV formatting v1.0 consists of: Capability to add header/footer in existing CV Apply Redaction Add a generic cover letter (specific to the company) Add watermarks Supporting relevant placeholders(Candidate and Job) But in v2.0, we do have scope to polish these existing features and enhance formatted CVs with a better user experience by adding (a) flexibility to customise any component, and (b) making the formatted CV more structured. Please vote on this feature so that we can prioritise and implement it. Update: Resume with drawing components is not rendering well in the formatted version. Need to address this as well in 2.0

When generating a formatted resume, the process would be so much faster & accurate if we could use a PDF editor instead of the current tool. Canva's PDF editor is a perfect example of what I'd like. The current tool is not accurate enough with its redactions/ Page Sizing.

We need to be able to parse a job spec as we can do a CV/Resume so that we can upload a job spec and it filters and populates all the fields so we can get a job easier and faster.

Each of these features are nice, but they're both lacking a seriously important component. The Kanban view of the client page is fantastic, but you can't add a candidate write up (summary). You can in the Executive Search Report, but on each page should be the candidates resume pdf.

Should have font selection for header and the size should be more customizable.

We use a frontsheet that we put above the cv. The information on this frontsheet is different per candidate. Ideally I would be able to make a cover letter template with a blank version of this frontsheet which can be filled in by the recruiter with the specific information on the candidate in combination whith the job we want to introduce him for. This formatted cv should also be usable when we want to introduce kandidates to client portals (so not via recruit CRM)

Ability to bulk download CVs and cover letters for all applicants in a specific job.

Personalization / placeholders are currently not part of the function for Cover Letters. This means that the cover letters are essentially useless as we can't put candidate's personal information (Name, Company, Role, etc.) on it. A typical, industry standard cover letter has information from your key candidate fields. Please implement placeholders for Cover Letter function.
