As part of revamping the notification module: We are bringing the capability to: View the notification of the last 60 days instead of only the past few notifications as configured currently Recruiters will be able to have more control over which notification they want to receive and via which mechanism(web/mobile/email) Addressing the notification trigger for a few missed use cases

"Send to all" or "Send to Owner only" Options for sending Email Notification of Profile Submissions to all users in the account. A way for everyone to get notifications when someone applies to any role on the website (regardless of it being our own job posting).

Receive an email notification for each in app notification A settings page with the ability to turn email notifications on/off for different types of in app notifications

Can we have 90 days added as an option to the drop down field when adding a follow up task to a note or email? And also have the default time as 9am? At the moment we use the custom option, but recruiters can be lazy or forget to do this. If it is one less click, it is more likely to get done

We don’t always want to merge duplicate records. We don’t want important fields overwritten e.g. if a candidate is blacklisted. Their work history may be on their original record, we won’t want to lose that either. So we need the option of what to do - whether to delete the duplicate record, or in fact merge the two (but only update certain fields). Can the system alert us when we are adding a duplicate record and then ask us what action to take? It would be great if the existing record appeared on the screen side by side to the new record we are adding. That way a consultant could scroll through to check all fields and confirm whether or not it is a duplicate.

When a new job is created is there a way to send a user wide notification? Also when a job owner is transferred there currently is no notification Is there a way to receive or set up an email when owners are changed or collaborators are assigned to a job?

When a user creates a new meeting they should have a checkbox to send the "email ID" of the attendees to Outlook or not so that they can prevent Outlook or Google Calendar from sending automatic emails to candidates/contacts.

Ability to switch off all calendar notifications - not one-by-one

Like some ATS/CRM softwares, hope we can have a weekly recap of last week's activities (notes, interviews, hiring stages, new jobs) and this week's scheduled meetings! Automated reports can save a lot of time and are easier to understand than the dashboard :)

When a user mentions another user on a candidate, it would be VERY helpful if the candidate name appeared in the subject line of the notification email. Currently the subject line just says "User Name mentioned you on a candidate".
