Feature Requests

At the moment, adding a Deal requires a "Close Date" which can make it look confusing especially on kanban view (since it looks closed already). Hope we can leave it empty until a candidate has actually been placed.

Please include the closing date into the reporting of the deals so that we can get a timeline view of all the deals (based on their closing dates) and forecast the cash flow for the months to come. Currently we can only see the individual values for each deal stage irrespective of the time when we forecast that deal to close.

I would like to add 2 or maybe even 3 owners on a deal for bonus purposes. This will help us distribute the commission or incentive among the contributors.

It would be valuable to be able to expand columns like an excel sheet can in the deals section because sometimes there are multiple deals with similar names and you can't see the entire name of the deal (it's cut off). Example picture

Instead of only being able to create hiring and contact stages, I believe we can benefit from similar pipelines for companies, too. This would be especially useful for sales.

Deals can be auto created when the candidate has reached an offer stage in the job and the deal lands up in the open stage until the candidates are moved to placed then the deal should auto move to the closed stage.

The option to create seperate fee's or instances withinin a single deal. For example a booked retainer and remaining fee due on placement.

When you close or cancel the deal, have the close date automatically update so we do not have to manually update it

The ability to select different currencies for different deals. Optionally, the system could calculate the value of a deal in the account default currency using current exchange rates; however that's less important.

We should be able to assign a currency for deals, same as jobs.
