Ability to reposition or delete Job Title from Job Application page

It would be much easier to differentiate jobs on the Job List view if the company logos were there opposed to just the yellow circle with the job title initials in it.

The job description text box is really small and it is challenging to format jds properly. It would be great if it could be expanded!

Adding the ability to make a custom question on a job application required to submit an application.

Opposed to having to put each person in individually. Be able to assign certain teams as a Collaborator.

We like our JDs to look uniform and have our company logo, so we have a template in Google docs for our recruiters to use. It would be great to have a spot for templates like that.

Aside having an option to make Candidates (pre-screen) questions mandatory, it would be good to have an option to choose whether it will be an open questions, multiple choices, numbers or a dropdown list. Sometimes we want candidates to have a specified answers (i.e. list of technologies they are using) so we can filter these easier. Option to export (i.e. xls file) reports for candidates questions OR add a search filter. Disable option to edit candidates answers. Leaves a room for a misuse. Option to reorder questions in the admin settings.

Ability to pin certain positions to the top of a jobs page, so a particular position could be considered a "featured job"

Be able to to make specific candidate questions mandatory (so they cannot apply without answering them)

In reports section, job statistics report is generated including historic data. Would be extremely helpful, If there is an option to customise and generate using REAL TIME DATA only, or including historic... etc
